Demolition of two stories over basement commercial property standing on a 2-acre sloping site.

Project work comprised of the following:

• Set up work area, make site location secure & creation of safe working zones.

• Removal of pebble roof to allow safe access to polystyrene.

• Fencing, boundary treatments and associated works.

• Engagement of Asbestos Safe to conduct a Demolition Asbestos Survey detailing the location, extent & condition of all asbestos materials on site prior to works commencing.

• The safe removal of asbestos offsite to a licensed disposal facility.
