Provision of 230m2 Changing Rooms building together with all associated siteworks including a new playing pitch. Site works included:

• 19,584m2 of site clearance

• 3,300m3 of granular filing (6F2 capping & CL804 sub base)

• 1,600m of paladin & concrete post and chainlink fencing

• 4,120m2 of car park surfacing

• 890m2 of access road

• 554m2 of drainage varying in diameter from 150-1200mm up to 3m in depth

• 1,500m piped & ducted services incl: watermain, gas main, MV, LV, telecoms ducting and electrical sub station

• 2 No. Goal post, score board & team dug out seating
