300m roadway access to the development site
Construction site compound
Removal of topsoil and overburden to bedrock level (~ 10m) and stockpiling material including: 10,400m3 subsoil/till material & 160m3 rock
Construction of concrete foundation (10m x 10m x 0.5m) on bedrock to mount the raise-bore drilling for 4.5m Diameter shaft
Re-use of material for safety berms & settlement pond embankments
Formation of swales and sumps to aid the site drainage and final landscape finish.
