• Removal of 5 existing wastewater treatment systems & associated soak pits and erection of new roadside fencing.

• Disposal of all waste material generated on site to a licensed facility in accordance with the Waste Management Acts, 1996 to 2008.

• Engagement of a professional Asbestos surveyor to identify any asbestos on site prior to work commencing.

• Overseeing specialist contractors to remove all asbestos off site.

• Refurbishment Demolition Asbestos Survey conducted on each housing unit - ATC Building Surveying & Engineering Consultancy

• Asbestos remediation, air monitoring and Disposal carried out

• Waste Management Plan put in place by SEM PSCS
